Stroll around in the cobbled streets of the medieval village of Valbonne built in the sixteenth century under the direction of the monks of “Lérins” islands. Discover its crafts and cafes. Enjoy free time for lunch in a typical restaurant in the main square .
Upriver ” Le Loup ” to access Gourdon , the ” Eagle’s Nest ” overlooking the valley atop a dizzying peak of 760 meters. You will be captivated by the views all over the Cote d’Azur.
Browse the village streets between old restored houses and craft shops. Admire the castle built during the thirteenth century and restored in the seventeenth century. A rectangular building which exhibits several collections : ancient arms and armor , furniture from the seventeenth century, Aubusson tapestry, sculptures. The gardens were designed by Le Nôtre.
On the way back you will visit a winery located in the heart of the vineyard of Bellet above Nice. The location offers an amazing view on the sea and vines browsing the hills. A tasting of local wines will be offered.
