Consequently, the Internet user undertakes not to use the Livenup site for illicit purposes and in particular not to disseminate any message or information whatever its form or nature:

contrary to respect for private life,

abusive, defamatory, racist, xenophobic, revisionist or damaging to the honor or reputation of others,

inciting discrimination, hatred,

threatening a person or a group of people,

pornographic or pedophile,

inciting to commit a crime, an offense or an act of terrorism or defending war crimes or

crimes against humanity,

inciting suicide,
